AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Exam)
AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Exam) Exam:
All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) and Indian Institute of technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT JEE) has been collaborated to a new format of selection examination from the educational year of 2013. Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test or ISEET is the formal name of this entrance. It includes IITs, NITs and all other national universities like Banaras Hindu University, Aligarh Muslim University, Gurukul Kangri University, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Delhi University and Malaviya Institute of Technology. The question paper will be set by the IITs in rotation process while the examination will be conducted by the CBSE board.
The examination will be held in the month of April or May (2013) and the date has not decided still. The time will be 10 am to 5 pm for both the examination (same day). Each section will take a maximum of 3 hours.
There will be two sections named
a) ISEET (main)
b) ISEET (advanced)
Each of them consists of 100 marks question papers. In the 1st section logical reasoning, critical thinking and comprehension while the second section will test the problem solving skills in basic science subjects.
